Back to UAI  /  The platform

A timetable that stays true when the schedule changes.

Every student has their own schedule, built from their enrolment. When an official mail moves a class, UAI spots it and offers the change to the students it affects. They accept it and their week updates. The notice reaches the people it concerns instead of a noticeboard.

Your week, the way it actually happens.

01

Open your week

See Monday through Sunday in one view, grouped by day. An empty day simply shows "No classes scheduled".

02

Know what's what

Lectures, tutorials and labs are typed so you can tell them apart at a glance; a venue that isn't set yet shows as "TBD".

03

Edit without breaking the pattern

Tap Edit, then choose whether a change applies to "This Week" only or is "Permanent" for the rest of the semester.

04

Add what's missing

Use Add Custom Class to slot in a course code, name, start and end time, venue and type by hand.

05

Stay in sync

A schedule change announced by official mail is detected and offered to the students it affects. They accept it, and only then does their week change.

Every class, typed and placed.

Type

Lecture

The full course meeting, timetabled by day and slot.

Type

Tutorial

Smaller, discussion-driven sessions tied to a lecture course.

Type

Lab

Hands-on sessions, usually longer blocks with a dedicated venue.

Semester

Week-numbered

The current week of the semester is shown as "WEEK n", so everyone counts the same way.

Editable two ways

Change a class permanently for the rest of the semester, or just for this week. You choose each time.

Email-aware

When a department emails a room or timing change, UAI applies it and flags the entry so you know why it moved.

One module of a platform the whole campus signs in to once.

What the institute gets
A record that was true when it was made, because it came out of people going about their work rather than out of a form somebody was asked to fill in.
Where the data sits
On our infrastructure in India, or on hardware inside your own campus. The AI that answers questions is a model we run ourselves, so nothing is sent to an external AI provider.
How to look further
The platform brief is the whole argument in one document, architecture and procurement included, with the limitations stated alongside the capabilities.

Talk to us about your institute.

A conversation, not a presentation. Tell us which department feels the problem most, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. If we are not the right fit for you, we would rather say so on the first call than three meetings in.

What to write
Your institute, your role, and the department that feels the problem most. One line is genuinely enough to start.
We reply
Within two working days, to a person rather than a ticket queue.
