Delete your account.

Enter your IITD email address to receive a one-time code, then use it to permanently delete your UAI account and data. This works without installing or opening the app, and takes effect immediately. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is and isn't removed.

What gets deleted

Your profile and stored (encrypted) credentials
Stored email and attachments
Chat / assistant history
Lost & Found items and images
Device tokens and active sessions

What's preserved

Attendance records and certain university-owned academic data are retained as institutional records, even after account deletion, see Section 12 of the Privacy Policy.

This is permanent

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be reversed. You'll need to register again from scratch to use UAI afterward.
