Lost property, without the notice board.

Report something lost or found, and contact details are disclosed only once both people have agreed to it. Nothing is published to the campus at large.

From "I lost this" to "someone found it".

01

Report in under a minute

Add the item name, category, date, location and an optional photo, for something you lost or something you found.

02

UAI looks for a match

Your report is compared with every open report, and likely matches are shown with a match percentage.

03

Claim what's yours

Tell the finder what makes the item yours, and submit a claim.

04

Contact only after consent

When the finder accepts your claim, you and the finder can see each other's contact details. Nobody else can.

05

Browse the board

Filter by All, Lost or Found, and see where each item was reported.

Real reports, real matches.

Lecture Hall 2 Lost

MacBook Air M2

"Space Grey, sticker on the lid."

Matches come to you

Image and text matching finds possible matches automatically, so you don't have to scroll the whole board.

Your number stays private

Contact details appear only to the two people on an accepted claim. They are never shown on the public board.

One module of a platform the whole campus signs in to once.

What the institute gets
A record that was true when it was made, because it came out of people going about their work rather than out of a form somebody was asked to fill in.
Where the data sits
On our infrastructure in India, or on hardware inside your own campus. The AI that answers questions is a model we run ourselves, so nothing is sent to an external AI provider.
How to look further
The platform brief is the whole argument in one document, architecture and procurement included, with the limitations stated alongside the capabilities.

Talk to us about your institute.

A conversation, not a presentation. Tell us which department feels the problem most, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. If we are not the right fit for you, we would rather say so on the first call than three meetings in.

Opens your mail app with the subject already filled in.
What to write
Your institute, your role, and the department that feels the problem most. One line is genuinely enough to start.
We reply
Within two working days, to a person rather than a ticket queue.
Sleipnirtech Private Limited, New Delhi.
