Complaints that cannot quietly rot.

Accepting a job does not count as doing it. Once the time the student said they would be in has passed, they are told, and can either ask again or send it to the warden. Staff cannot close a complaint. Only the student can.

Tracked from report to repair.

01

Report it properly

Choose what kind of problem it is, describe it in a few words, and add a photo or a short video.

02

Say when you'll be in

Pick the dates and hours you're in your room, so workers come while you're there.

03

Close it with your code

You receive a completion code. Give it to the worker only once the work is actually done. That code is what closes the job.

04

If nobody comes

Once the time you gave has passed, ask again with new times, or send the complaint to your hostel warden.

05

Rate the work

Rate the job when it's done, so good work is visible.

Everyone sees the part that's theirs.

Maintenance staff

Job board

Workers see open jobs, take one, and can call the student directly.

Wardens

Escalations

Complaints that stalled arrive in the queue of the warden who manages that hostel.

Wardens

Status at a glance

Open, in-progress and completed complaints, hostel by hostel.

Students

Confirmation

A job is closed by the student's code, or by the student themselves once it's escalated.

No closing on paper

Staff can't mark a complaint resolved. Only the student whose room it is confirms the work was done.

Nothing silently forgotten

When the time a student said they'd be in has passed, the app tells them and offers a way forward.

One module of a platform the whole campus signs in to once.

What the institute gets
A record that was true when it was made, because it came out of people going about their work rather than out of a form somebody was asked to fill in.
Where the data sits
On our infrastructure in India, or on hardware inside your own campus. The AI that answers questions is a model we run ourselves, so nothing is sent to an external AI provider.
How to look further
The platform brief is the whole argument in one document, architecture and procurement included, with the limitations stated alongside the capabilities.

Talk to us about your institute.

A conversation, not a presentation. Tell us which department feels the problem most, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. If we are not the right fit for you, we would rather say so on the first call than three meetings in.

What to write
Your institute, your role, and the department that feels the problem most. One line is genuinely enough to start.
We reply
Within two working days, to a person rather than a ticket queue.
