Ask the minute book a question.

Cited answers from the committee archive, with access decided by which board you sit on. Sensitive items carry a second clearance, so administering the archive is not the same as being able to read all of it.

From a question to the page it came from.

01

Ask or search

Ask in plain language, such as "When did the committee approve the revised thesis timeline?", or search the archive directly.

02

Answers with citations

Each answer points to the meeting and page it came from, and the original document is a tap away.

03

Only your committees

Board membership decides what appears: a sitting member sees that board's archive, and nobody else does.

04

Reviewed before it's visible

Uploaded minutes stay hidden, even from the person who uploaded them, until they are reviewed and published.

Who sees what.

Board members

That board's minutes

Every meeting of the committees you currently sit on, including those before you joined.

Leadership

The whole archive

A director or head can be given read access to every committee without a seat on each.

Administrators

Uploads & rosters

Only administrators upload minutes and decide who sits on which board.

Sensitive items

Kept restricted

Items about individual students stay restricted even from readers who can see the rest of the meeting.

Faculty only

Students cannot see Minutes of Meeting at all. The server refuses every request that isn't from faculty.

Kept inside the minute book

Questions about minutes never pass through Echis's general chat history, so meeting content stays where it belongs.

One module of a platform the whole campus signs in to once.

What the institute gets
A record that was true when it was made, because it came out of people going about their work rather than out of a form somebody was asked to fill in.
Where the data sits
On our infrastructure in India, or on hardware inside your own campus. The AI that answers questions is a model we run ourselves, so nothing is sent to an external AI provider.
How to look further
The platform brief is the whole argument in one document, architecture and procurement included, with the limitations stated alongside the capabilities.

Talk to us about your institute.

A conversation, not a presentation. Tell us which department feels the problem most, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. If we are not the right fit for you, we would rather say so on the first call than three meetings in.

What to write
Your institute, your role, and the department that feels the problem most. One line is genuinely enough to start.
We reply
Within two working days, to a person rather than a ticket queue.
